Owner, viewing and enquiry data

This document summarises how we look after the data that comes up in the day-to-day of a listing. It complements the Privacy Policy, which is the main document.

Owners

• Your contact details are not published on the listing. Interested parties write to CARACOL or the assigned agent.
• The property's exact location is not published without your authorisation.
• The documents proving your rights are reviewed privately and only seen by the team members who need them.

Interested parties and viewings

• To arrange a viewing we share with the owner only what is needed (name and time), never your email or phone without your permission.
• If you authorise adding optional financial information to your request, it is used only to guide the search and is not shared with third parties.

Agents

• Each agent only accesses the requests and listings assigned to them.
• Agents are bound to confidentiality and not to use data outside CARACOL.

Your rights

You can access, correct or ask for the deletion of your data by writing to info@caracolhn.com, as explained in the Privacy Policy. If this English version and the Spanish version differ, the Spanish version prevails.
