Photographs and visual material

Photographs decide whether someone visits a property. That is why they must be good and, above all, honest.

What we publish

• Photographs and videos showing the property in its current condition.
• Floor plans and virtual tours when available.
• All material carries the CARACOL watermark to protect it from unauthorised copying.

What we do not allow

• Edits that hide defects, change the surroundings or alter measurements and views.
• Images of another property or catalogue images that do not belong to the property.
• Virtual staging or renders without a visible label saying so.
• Photographs showing identifiable people, licence plates or documents, unless authorised.

File privacy

Before storing an image we remove its location (GPS) and device metadata. Originals are kept privately; an optimised version is published on the site.

Rights

Whoever provides the material represents that they are entitled to do so and authorises CARACOL to publish it while the property is being marketed. If a photographer authored the images, the owner or agent must have their permission.

Removal

You can ask us to remove an image at any time by writing to info@caracolhn.com. We remove it from the site within five (5) business days. If this English version and the Spanish version differ, the Spanish version prevails.
